This course includes: 

• 1-hour long online introduction session
• 2 all-day (10.00- 17.00), in-person classes on Saturdays (2 weeks apart to allow establishing the new skills) in Aberdeen City (Wallace Practice, 12 Seafield Rd, AB15 7YT)
• Course materials (e.g., handouts, audios etc.)
• Online community with other expectant parents in the course
• 1-hour online class reunion with babies after birth
